III and DIPLOMA of PERMACULTURE
Accredited Permaculture Training (APT) These are fully accredited courses run
through a local central Victorian Registered Training
Organisation. A Certificate III in Permaculture gives
you the skills and knowledge to plan, implement and
maintain a productive functioning permaculture system.
A Diploma of Permaculture builds on these skills and
also covers topics such as further design skills,
management of permaculture projects and community
development. Courses starting Semester 2 2013. For
more information on these courses go to our APT page.
PDCs The Castlemaine Community House (CCH) is
offering a Permaculture Design Course (PDC) once a
week during term time on Mondays in second semester.
This format is useful for those local to Castlemaine,
or others on the Bendigo-Melbourne train line, and the
course runs during school hours with a break for
school holidays, allowing parents of school-age
children to attend with minimal disruption to family
life. One day per week allows time for information to
‘sink in’ and for extra reading and research between
the sessions. Bookings for this PDC can be made
on 5472 4842.
